Well-being requires more than time off and on-site yoga classes. Unaddressed emotional wounds interfere with well-being and show up at work. Skilled people shy away from responsibility due to imposter syndrome, and leaders may fail to inspire. Before you know it, you have decreased productivity that you can’t put your finger on. No matter how many feel-good perks you offer, mental well-being must be addressed in the workplace.
Mental well-being is a consciousness of empowerment that many people have to be taught because they are living according to outdated scripts about themselves or the world. They are distressed from overemphasizing the role of relationships in their lives, setting goals they don’t want, and carrying guilt and shame that don’t belong to them. These personal issues become workplace issues that manifest as conflict, hyper-sensitivity to feedback, lack of creativity, and disengagement.

Our programs are designed to remove obstacles to wellness so that your employees can get the support they deserve. Easy voluntary enrollment or all-inclusive enrollment and goal-directed engagement make emotional well-being accessible to everyone.
Our customized programs use up to six points of contact to engage participants; literature, podcasts, online discussions, webinars/seminars, and occassional wellness related emails help participants discover where their motivation lies and how it affects their responses to the environment. Participants can engage as much as they desire. They can access resources in the privacy of their homes.
